We offer our clients every opportunity to deal with us electronically to reduce the amount of printing and increase the efficiencies in handling their business affairs. One tried and tested method is the use of our secure client area.
Our teams' goal was to be totally paperless by June 2009. We are pleased to say that we achieved this goal and as a result have cut back our carbon emissions enormously! We can now boast a total of zero filing cabinets in our office, by developing procedures to code, scan and e-file all documentation, then shred & recycle all the paper that passes through the office.
